MBW curates, enriches, and connects global patent and IP data from public and licensed sources. This curated dataset supports analytics, benchmarking, research tools, workflow automation, and AI-enhanced insights within the OmnisIQ Products.
This curated data is distinct from Customer Data.
5. Customer Data, AI Training, and Tenant Isolation
MBW does not use Customer Data—including documents, uploads, prompts, outputs, query histories, or any other content submitted or generated within the OmnisIQ™ Products—to train, fine-tune, or improve MBW’s AI models or any third-party AI models, unless the Customer provides explicit written authorization.
Customer Data remains the property of the Customer. MBW processes Customer Data only:
- to provide the OmnisIQ Products,
- to fulfill contractual obligations,
- to maintain the security and integrity of the Services, and
- for diagnostics, troubleshooting, or support purposes.
MBW maintains strict tenant-segregation and logical-isolation controls designed to prevent Customer Data from being accessed by, or visible to, any other customer. Customer environments are siloed so Customer Data is never disclosed, commingled, or used for any other customer’s benefit.
Only MBW’s curated public or licensed IP datasets—not Customer Data—are used to train, enhance, or develop MBW’s AI-assisted functionality, analytics, or models.
